Or at least I hope...we just put an offer on a house in Heber City, UT.
With the market today, and the fact that the house has been on the market for about a year, we offered 20% below the asking price...we will see what happens now....If all goes well we will be closing by the end of March.

Actually, there are some amazing canyon rides in the area...Heber City is about 15 miles south of Park City on Hwy 40
